Can I Return or Exchange our Hair?

Accepted Answer

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products, including wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, or custom-made items once they have been delivered.

This policy applies because hair products are considered hygiene-sensitive goods, which fall under an exception to the standard right of withdrawal. Lace Addicted is legally entitled to refuse returns on these items once delivered.

Quality Control
All our curly wigs  and hairextensions are:
- Thoroughly washed (only wigs). 
- Carefully inspected
Prior to shipping to ensure quality, hygiene, and consistency.

If you receive:
A defective product, or An incorrect item

Please contact us within one (1) month of purchase. We will review the issue and, in consultation, determine a suitable solution (e.g. replacement or partial compensation, where applicable).

Because these are hair extensiosn, we apply a different service standard for returns, which is legally permitted.

All complaints must be submitted via email and must include:

- Clear photos of the issue
- Videos, if relevant (e.g. shedding, defects, or construction issues)

Complaints submitted without sufficient visual evidence may not be processed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Lace Addicted is not liable for lost or missing parcels once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

However, we will always assist our customers by opening a shipping investigation (case) with the carrier on their behalf when a parcel appears to be lost or delayed.

Raw hair refers to hair in its natural state, without any chemical or mechanical processing. It’s sourced directly from donors, retaining its authenticity and quality.
It’s collected in a way that preserves its natural texture and integrity.

How many Bundles do I need?

• 12”-16”: 2 Bundles
• 18”-24”: 3/4 bundles
• 26”-32”: 4 Bundles

We also offer Virgin SDD curly bundles and wigs (200 or 300gr)
super double drawn is one of the highest density. The hair gives a very full look. Do you want a more natural look it depends on what hairstyle your choosing.
Sew in or flipover install : We advise to buy 3 bundles.

What Are the Advantages of Using Raw & Virgin Hair?

Our Raw hair offers authenticity, longevity, versatility. Raw hair comes in its naturel state and don’t have many diverse textures. Only Straight, (Body) Wave and some curly. Can be dyed to 613.
Our high quality Virgin hair is minimal processed hair that can come in many different textures. (Straight, (Body)wave, Pixie, French. Virgin hair has more diversity in texture.
Both are high quality hair.

How Do I Care for our Hair?

To maintain our luxurious hair quality, use sulfate-free and paraben-free products, detangle gently, avoid excessive heat styling, and store properly.

With proper care, our hair can last three years or longer, depending on maintenance.

Yes, both our hair can be colored, styled, and treated like natural hair, offering flexibility for various looks.

*Disclaimer: For the virgin sdd curly. I will advise not to bleach it. We also offer coloured bundles in those specific textures.

International / U.S. Customs has recently tightened regulations for packages coming from Europe. This means that shipping addresses must be entered completely and accurately to avoid delays or returns.

Please make sure to include the following details when placing your order:

Complete address: street name, house number, apartment/unit number (if applicable).
State: required (e.g., CA for California, NY for New York).
ZIP code: must match the correct region.

If an address is incorrect or incomplete, this may cause delays or return costs. Please note that these costs are the customer’s responsibility.
