OUR PRE-ORDER
 
At Lace Addicted, pre-orders allow us to work in carefully planned batches to guarantee the quality and exclusivity of our hair.
 
Order Placement

All pre-orders are collected and processed in batches. Every Monday, a new LaceAddicted pre-order batch is started.
This means that orders placed before or during the week are grouped together and prepared at the same time.
 
Processing Time (5–10 Business Days)
Once your order is included in the batch, it enters our processing phase, which takes 5–10 max. business days. During this time, your hair is sourced, checked, prepared, and quality-controlled to meet LaceAddicted’s high standards.
Please note: processing time is not the same as shipping time.
 
Shipping & Tracking

When your order has completed processing you will receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to follow your package from dispatch until delivery.

The total delivery time from us to the parcel carrier consists of:
5–10 max. business days (processing) + 3 max. business (shipping). 
We kindly ask for your patience during the pre-order process, as this method allows us to deliver high-quality hair while maintaining consistency, care, and exclusivity.
